Payment Terms (Baysart Gold)

These Payment Terms ("Terms") govern all payment-related operations inside the Baysart Gold mobile application ("App"). By purchasing precious metals or selling precious metals through the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. Platform Declaration (Non-commodity ownership / Non-Banking)

Baysart Gold is a digital commerce platform that allows users to acquire and hold ownership rights in physical precious metals (gold and silver) through a secure marketplace model.

Baysart Gold:

  • is not an investment company, broker, or asset manager
  • does not provide commodity ownership advice
  • does not offer value appreciation, value, or guaranteed profit
  • does not operate as a bank or payment-taking institution
  • does not provide user cash wallets or value appreciation-bearing holdings
  • does not issue electronic money

Precious metals prices may increase or decrease based on market conditions. Users purchase precious metals solely for ownership purposes. User ownership represents proportional ownership of pooled physical inventory held in secure custody.

2. Payment Services Disclaimer

Baysart Gold does not provide payment services directly.

All payment transactions (card payments, transfers, acquiring, processing) are performed through licensed third-party financial institutions and payment providers (such as banks and payment organizations).

Baysart Gold acts only as a platform facilitating precious metals ownership and related settlement operations.

3. Payment Processing

Users pay for precious metals directly using supported payment methods:

  • Bank card payments via licensed payment partners

Payments are processed immediately for the specific purchase amount. No funds are stored on the platform.

4. Precious Metals Purchase Execution

When a user purchases precious metals:

  • The payment is processed via card transaction
  • Precious metals ownership is credited to the user's Profile
  • Pricing is based on the live market rate, including applicable spread and service fees
  • Precious metals purchases are executed on a best-effort basis depending on liquidity, market availability, and technical conditions.

5. Precious Metals Sell-Back and Payout Policy

Users may sell precious metals back to Baysart Gold through the App.

Minimum Sale Requirement: The minimum sell-back amount is 1 gram Payout Method: Proceeds from precious metals sell-back are transferred to the user's registered bank account Processing time is typically 1–3 business days Users are responsible for providing accurate bank details. Baysart Gold is not liable for delays or errors caused by incorrect information.

6. Physical Precious Metals Pickup Option

Where available, users may request physical pickup of their precious metals holdings, subject to:

  • Minimum pickup quantity requirements
  • Processing fees
  • Identity verification and compliance checks
  • Appointment-based delivery or pickup procedures

7. Fees and Charges

Baysart Gold may charge service fees including:

  • Purchase spreads
  • Transaction commissions
  • Physical pickup processing fees
  • Payment provider fees (where applicable)

All fees are displayed transparently inside the App before confirmation.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Baysart Gold does not process refunds directly. Any requests for chargebacks or refunds are handled entirely by the user's Bank or the Payment Service Provider (PSP) in accordance with their policies.

  • Used items without original labels

Therefore, gold-related transactions are generally treated as final once completed.

9. Security and Card Data Protection

Baysart Gold does not store confidential payment card information.

All card payments are processed through certified payment providers using secure encryption standards (PCI-DSS compliant systems).

We apply industry-standard safeguards including:

  • Encrypted communication (TLS/SSL)
  • Access control restrictions
  • Fraud monitoring
  • Secure identity verification procedures

10. Identity Verification (KYC) and Compliance

To comply with applicable AML/CFT regulations, Baysart Gold may require users to complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing payment or trading functions.

We reserve the right to:

  • request additional documents
  • suspend transactions pending verification
  • block suspicious activity as required by law

11. Transaction Monitoring and Restrictions

Baysart Gold may delay, suspend, or cancel transactions in cases of:

  • suspected fraud
  • compliance risk
  • technical malfunction
  • legal or regulatory requirements
  • sanctions screening results

12. Limitation of Liability

Baysart Gold is not responsible for:

  • market price fluctuations
  • losses arising from user decisions
  • delays caused by banks or payment providers
  • incorrect bank details provided by the user
  • service interruptions due to technical maintenance
