Baysart Gold is a digital platform for purchase, sale, and custody-based ownership recording of physically backed gold and silver. We operate as BAYSART MMC, a legally registered company in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

⚠️ Important: Baysart Gold is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money issuer, broker, or investment company. We do not accept deposits, do not provide user cash wallets, and do not provide financial or investment advice.

What Exactly Do We Sell?

We provide physically backed gold and silver ownership.

Physical Metal Ownership

Users purchase actual metal, not derivatives or paper gold. When you buy through Baysart Gold, you acquire real gold or silver.

Allocated Holdings

Your metals are allocated in your name and stored securely in professional vault facilities.

Direct Ownership

You become the legal (beneficial) owner of the purchased precious metals. Your ownership represents a proportional share of physically backed metals.

Is the Metal Physically Backed?

Yes.

All digital holdings are backed by physical gold and silver stored in secure vaults. Your metals are:

Stored in licensed, insured vault facilities operated by professional custody partners

Kept separate from Baysart Gold's own assets

Protected under custody law - your metals remain your property even if Baysart Gold ceases operations

How Do Users Pay?

All payments are processed through verified banking channels:

Bank Transfer

Transfer funds directly from your bank account in AZN, USD, or EUR.

Bank Card Payment

Pay securely via bank card through our licensed payment gateway. All card payments are processed through verified banking infrastructure.

All payments are processed as one-time transactions. We do not store user funds or provide cash wallets.

How Do Users Withdraw?

Users have two options for their holdings:

Sell Back to Platform

Sell your gold or silver back to Baysart Gold at any time (subject to minimum transaction amounts). Proceeds are transferred directly to your verified bank account within 1-5 business days.

Physical Delivery

Request physical pickup of your metals at our Baku location. Available for larger holdings by prior arrangement. Minimum quantities and processing fees apply.

Are Payouts Only to Verified User-Owned Bank Accounts?

Yes.

All withdrawals and sell-back proceeds are transferred exclusively to KYC-verified bank accounts in the user's own name.

No third-party transfers are permitted under any circumstances

Payouts only go to bank accounts that match the verified identity of the user

This policy is strictly enforced for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance

Are KYC/AML Checks Applied?

Yes, required for all users.

Identity verification is required before any transactions can be performed on the platform.
